Chun Dal Soo, a scoundrel who has nothing better to do, makes his living by attending military exercises in place of his friends. One day, he goes to the bank with Eun Ji, a cashier in a cafe who wanted to ask the bank for delayed payments. To Dal Soo's surprise, he finds ten billion won in his bank account. It is the ex-president's secret money hidden in Dal Soo's bank account, a randomly selected account that has not been in use for years. When Dal Soo withdraws 300 million won, a secret organization hires a professional killer named Jang to follow Dal Soo and Eun Ji. Everybody seems to be chasing somebody else: Dal Soo and Eun Ji who suddenly possesses 10 billion won, Hang and the members of his organization who are chasing Dal Soo and Eun Ji, and prosecutor Park who is investigating the corruption.
