Joon, a photographer, meets dancer Mary Jane in Guam while on assignment. She guides Joon to the best places in Guam and soon they fall in love and marry. Mary Jane relocates to Seoul with Joon and soon becomes a top fashion model. But as she becomes preoccupied with her career, Joon begins to feel cut off and neglected. He finds solace in the arms of his old flame, Ji Won, but Mary Jane finds out and leaves him. He searches for Mary Jane in Guam only to find her working as a waitress in a seedy club. He regrets his selfishness and when he hears that she is leaving for New York with her boyfriend Brian, he runs to the airport to try and stop her. But the only thing she leaves him are the words 'I will love you forever'.
