In this crossover movie event, 3 months after the events of Kamen Rider Drive, Shinnosuke is feeling a little stuck in the mud even though things are going relatively well for him and he is considering proposing to Kiriko. Captain Honganji asks him to take a case regarding a recent surge in reports of supernatural activity and while investigating Shinnosuke meets the Daitenku Temple crew and him and Takeru are sent back in time by a Gamma to 2005, just before Takeru's father passed away. How will Shinnosuke and Takeru get back to their time? Will Shinnosuke get out of his funk? And will they be able to stop whatever the Gamma are planning? It will take the power of two riders and their allies to answer those questions!
