A peaceful planet Peace Land has been destroyed by the invasion of the Garoga Balanian. The beings of Peace Land entered the spacecraft Pandora capsule for each family and became a meteoroid human in search of the place of relief. Among the refugees, a family who reached the earth started a life as an Earthling "guardian (Sakimori) house".
However, Garoga, which defines the Earth as the second conquest target, constructs the space fortress station and sends the Fear Beast missile to Earth. The family of guards who think that the earth is the second hometown, as a "New Earthling", again as a meteoroid zone, it bravely attacked the garoga in order to block Peace Land's dance.
