Thomas (Jackie Chan) and David (Yuen Biao) are cousins who run a fast food van in Barcelona. The food is delivered by Thomas, who rushes around the square on a skateboard. They team up with their friend Moby, a bumbling private detective, to save the beautiful Sylvia, a pickpocket whom Thomas inadvertently bumps into and allows to stay in their apartment.
