Several short stories put in a film, in episodic format.

ep.1 “Nan no Imi mo Nai”
Nana’s (Misato Aoyama) mother died on the day of her wedding anniversary. Since then her father Shinzo Tachibana becomes depressed. Nana is touched by comedian Yoshio Kojima’s gag "Nan no Imi mo Nai” (literally “there is no meaning”). She decides to cheer up her father and tells a gag in front of him, but it doesn't work. One day, comedian Yoshio Kojima appears in front of Nana.

ep.2 “Kiss de Koroshite”
Meiko (Himeko Toya) is a contract killer. She tempts her targets and then kills them. She believes love is just an illusion. She meets a man who makes her feel different.

ep.3 “Hope”
Yuri (Rino Higa) is a university student. She worries about her friend Mai whom she has not heard from. She then meets Mai and learns that Mai has AIDS. Yuri is fearful she might have AIDS and takes a test. She waits for the test result.

ep.4 “17 Sai, Natsu”
A 17-years-old couple has dated for half a year. They have not had sex yet. The couple become more and more nervous. The boy then brings the girl home.

ep.5 “East End”
Miwa (Moe Miura) and Yuta go through a cycle of love and hate. Their family background is completely different.

ep.6 “Koenji Yume no Jyumyo”
Saki (Rina Takeda) arrived in Tokyo 7 years ago to become an actress. She now works at a bar and lives with Yuta. She met him at an audition. Yuta also came to Tokyo to become an actor. One day, without any particular reason, Saki explodes.
