As the circus is on its last legs, the members break up and Sung Min seeks other job . When his wife leaves him after enduring much poverty, Sung Min transforms into a man of hate and contempt. This transformation is brought on with the help of former circus buddy Chun Il. Sung Min's eyes open up to love when he meets Se Hee. Through one runaway teenage girl, Sung Min realizes how irrational he has been. At this time, Chun Il injures his brain by an accident and he is sent to a mental hospital. Sung Min is shocked by this incident. He decides to give up his dishonorable juggling act of a life and turn over a new leaf.
