Continuing after the end of the previous film. Interpol agents, led by Inspector Kusaka, search for the wreck of Mechagodzilla at the bottom of the Okinawan Sea. Mad scientist, Shinzo Mafune, wants to destroy all mankind. His daughter, Katsura, aide to the simian alien leader called Mugal. She rebuilds Mechagodzilla and unleashes it and Titanosaurus on Tokyo. Japanese armed forces struggle to keep the two monsters at bay. Can Godzilla comes to the rescue outmatched by the two titans?
