This special takes place a day before the movie SP The Motion Picture The Final Episode Kakumei-hen and covers the happenings of the previous movie Yabou-hen. The 5 members of the 4th division have been given a day off. Inoue visits the hospital and is told that his condition is getting worse and that he should really consider a change in lifestyle.
