In the Guangdong province, China, there was a Guangdong Hall where an orphan of Korean descent named Seub-deuk works. Yong Il-pyung has repented his wrongdoings of the past and is now focused on his business. Then there was an elderly vagabond man named Soh Hwa-ja. He is acquainted with Il-pyung and knows the whole past of Il-pyung and Seub-deuk. Bong-hi, a maiden who plays the oriental flute, gets a job at the Guangdong Hall and soon falls in love with Seub-deuk. Il-pyung wishes to take the red-light district so he chases away all the inhabitants. Hwa-ja tells Seub-deuk everything. Seub-deuk's father came to teach and spread the Taekwondo martial arts but was killed by Deung Ki-ryong's men. Some time passes and Seub-deuk and Ki-ryong fight.
