Cheng Xiao Meng (English name: Serena) is a Chinese actress and host, born as Cheng Xiao Jin in Chongqing. She graduated from Sichuan Normal University with a major in broadcasting and hosting.

Cheng officially joined showbiz in 2007 after coming in runner-up in the Chongqing Division and fourth in the national finals of the 2017 Miss Universe Beauty Pageant. In 2009, she participated in the Dragon TV Talent Show entertainment program "Come on! Oriental Angels" competition, winning the top five in Chengdu. In 2012, she served as the host of the entertainment program "Entertainment 18 O'clock" on the Sichuan TV Cultural Tourism Channel. After that, she left and went on a hiatus to study in the United States.

In 2015, she made her official comeback with her role in the online drama "Go Princess Go" which helped her gained some attention.
