Nakaoka Soichi is a Japanese actor and entertainer who was born in Osaka, Japan on December 8, 1977. He is best known as the comedian Rocchi who has often appeared on reality TV and other popular entertainment shows.
His first TV drama role came in 2014 as Tachibana Katsuhisa in the WOWOW comedy Gu Gu Datte Neko de Aru. He had a few drama and anime voiceover cameos but didn't return to acting until Hitoshi One cast him in Hello Harinezumi, the 2017 TBS detective comedy with Eita and Morita Go in which he plays the agency's slacker landlord/snack shop master.
