Sugita Tomokazu is a Japanese voice actor employed by Atomic Monkey. Best known for his role as Gintoki in Gintama, he also voices Kyon in The Melancholy of Haruhi Suzumiya, Ragna the Bloodedge in Blazblue, Joseph Joestar in the 2012 JoJo's Bizarre Adventure anime and JoJo's Bizarre Adventure: All Star Battle and Ultraman Ginga and Dark Lugiel in Ultraman Ginga. He is also one of the three hosts on the radio show Bururaji (BlueRadio) promoting the videogame Blazblue which is produced and released on Nico Nico Douga.
In 2010, he was part of a live-action film, Wonderful World, along with fellow voice actors, Mamoru Miyano, Tomokazu Seki, Rikiya Koyama, Yuka Hirata, Showtaro Morikubo, and Daisuke Namikawa.
Sugita won the "Best Supporting Actor" Award in the third Seiyu Awards in 2009.
