Takahashi Kazuya is a Japanese singer and actor. He was a member of the rock band Ototokogumi.

In 1988, he won the 30th Japan Record Award for Best Newcomer. Moreover, he won the 43rd Mainichi Film Contest and the 10th Yokohama Film Festival Rookie Award for the movie "Rock, Quietly Flow."

After leaving Johnny's in 1993, he traveled to the US for an actor apprenticeship and returned in 1995. He changed his stage name and resumed performing arts activities.

As a voice actor, he is in charge of dubbing many Korean actors.
