Tsurushima Noa is a Japanese actress and a fashion model who portrays Izu in Kamen Rider Zero-One. She is affiliated with Oscar Promotion.

In 2013, she won the Grand Prix of the 21st Pichi Lemon audition and became an exclusive model for them until their activities were suspended in 2015. In 2016, Tsurushima appeared in the January 2016 issue of Popteen, and became exclusive by their June 2016 issue.

In April 2019, she became the editor-in-chief of the web magazine ENMARY. In July 2020, she publishes her first photo book entitled "Koi to yoba sete" and graduated from her role as a PopTeen model. In February 2021, she founded her fashion brand Romansual.
