Cai Ming (蔡明) was born on October 21, 1961
Cai Ming is a Chinese singer, actress and sketch performer of Hui ethnicity.
She became famous in 1973 for starring as young Hai Xia in the movie "Hai Xia" by director Xie Tie Lin.
Since then she has participated many times at the Spring Festival Gala, becoming a well-known celebrity and sketch actress.
