A Malaysian Chinese actor and singer, proficient in Chinese, Hokkien, Cantonese, English & Malay. His debut song "Single Feeling" in 1989 was a hit & made him a well-known creative idol in Malaysia. Was called "The Prince of Comics" by the media.

In 1995, Auguste signed a contract with Warner Music Taiwan to release his first album "No Complaints No Special" and was hailed as the "King of Southeast Asia by Taiwanese Media. In 1996, his second Taiwanese album "Love to Dishearten" sold 100,000 copies, thus becoming the first Malaysian idol singer to become popular in Taiwan.

In 1997, he went to Hongkong to perform in the movie "Young Fire" with a group of emerging singers such as Miriam Yeung, He Yunshi and Eason Chan. He acted as the leading actor in the film "Bullet Dinner" with Zhu Yin in Taiwan.
