Noto Arisa is a Japanese voice actress and singer. She was formerly an Up Front Egg, and a former member of Hello! Project as a Hello! Pro Egg. She was also a member of Ongaku Gatas, Tomoiki Ki wo Uetai, Team DEKARIS, and HAPPY! STYLE and a player on Gatas Brilhantes H.P.. She is currently the leader of the group StylipS.
