SHOKICHI is a Japanese urban-pop singer, dancer and actor.
In July 2006, he participated in the EXILE VOCAL BATTLE AUDITION 2006 ~ASIAN DREAM~, which was ultimately won by TAKAHIRO. After losing out, he enrolled in Exile's dance academy EXPG.
In 2007, he was chosen to join Nidaime J Soul Brothers.
On March 1, 2009, he joined EXILE with the dual role of vocalist and performer.
He has been carrying out activities as a member of EXILE THE SECOND.
In June 2014, he became the 3rd member of EXILE to debut as a solo artist.
To date, he has released four singles and one album. Most songs were written and composed by himself.
