Hoshimura Mikio is an office worker in an insurance company who always had the lowest sales performance no matter what he did. He's known and mocked for still being a virgin at the age of 29. Due to those circumstances, the only person he's close to and his only friend is Tsukino, a colleague. One day, a woman named Akiyama Yukino joined the company and Hoshimura eventually fell in love with her due to her kindness towards him. However, on the day before Hoshimura's birthday, an incident occurs during Akiyama's welcome party. Hoshimura discovers that Akiyama is being sexually harassed by her boss Koike. He then decide to confront his boss about it but gets beaten instead. Suddenly, the screaming of a hamadryas baboon is heard. Hoshimura and Akiyama run away from the baboon and found themselves in a love hotel. There, the clock strikes midnight. All of sudden, Hoshimura is wrapped by golden light.
