Yau inherited her mother's restaurant/cafe and secret recipes, but her heart isn't into cooking. She suffers from a family curse of doomed relationships. When she runs into the one man she can't forget, Chuen Yao, she hopes they can rekindle their relationship...until she finds out her friend May is dating him.
Then she starts to notice that her assistant, Ho, has a crush on her. With rocky friendships and lackluster love life, lately he has been the only solid thing in her life. He believes she has a talent in cooking that she overlooks and has been encouraging her to enter a cooking contest on a show. But can she put the past--and Chuen Yao--behind her and move forward?
