This is a film about an 18 year old girl suffering from bone marrow cancer. Cho Hee, plagued by cancer, lives a quiet life in suburban Seoul. She begins sending postcards to Choi Hyon Joon, host of a radio program called 'Like Dreams and Music.' He is indifferent to her cards until Cho Hee's friend, Chul Su, asks Choi to read the cards on the air.
