Teiichi (Shima Ohnishi) works as a projectionist at a movie theater that is about to close down. One day, he sees a girl in black reflected onto the screen. He checks the film, but he can't find the girl anywhere there. Later, he finds the girl sitting down in the theater. He hides her in the projectionist room, but she disappears. Teiichi leaves the theater and sees the girl again. He's drawn to the girl's phantom and arrives on the riverside. His lost memory then comes back.
