Ayumi Nitta, who suffers from anthropophobia (extreme shyness & fear of people), works as a janitor at a hospital. One evening, she has an one night stand with sex addict surgeon Wataru Makino and ends up getting pregnant. When she tells Wataru the news, he believes she is making a bad April Fools joke as it is April 1st. Wataru then takes flight attendant Reiko out to an Italian restaurant, not knowing that Ayumi is also going to the same location.
