Saeki Shuichi (29) (Takizawa Hideaki) is a private detective who works for "Hope Private Investigation Firm" of Kogure Masato (Watari Tetsuya). Saeki Shuichi is an ex-police officer of Tokorozawa police precinct.

15 years ago, Shuichi's sister Yukari was raped and murdered on her way to buy Shuichi's birthday cake. Since then he has kept continuing hate toward the criminals. One day he gets the assignment to investigate a man who happens to be the main culprit of his sister's murder. Shuichi decides to become a villain and vows revenge.
